Nothing but rave reviews about JCM! My Mother's Hybrid SUV had not been driven for months to the point where it would not even start. We were told by other folks that the hybrid battery needed replacement to the tune of several thousands of dollars. By google luck I came across JCM and, based on so many positive reviews, I decided to reach out to them for another opinion. From my first phone conversation with Jeff, I was put at ease with his knowledge of hybrid car repairs and the time he took to listen to my concerns. He suggested a very reasonably priced diagnostic service before I committed to the high costs I had been quoted. Despite the challenges of working on limited shop hours with a limited crew due to COVID-19 restrictions, Jeff and his team not only fit me into a last minute schedule, they stayed past closing time to wait for the tow truck to drop my car. Jeff called me with updates throughout the diagnostic tests and , provided me with a thorough report of the findings on the car. Lo and behold, the hybrid battery was fine and not only did the JCM crew work out other mechanical issues to get the car road ready, Jeff went above and beyond to arrange a my request for a detailing service so the car came back looking 110% better than when I had brought it in for repairs. Now, at a fraction of the costs and in a fraction of the time I was being quoted, I feel confident that the car is road worthy for my upcoming long trip. Thank you Jeff and JCM for your attention, your work ethic, your workmanship and your reasonable rates. This was the most painless car repair experience I have had and I will be coming back for my other car needs!
